Job description for Talent Sourcer Intern at Glints

- Assisting vet candidates by ensuring candidates aware of each key process and finish it in timely manner.
- Form a strong rapport with candidates by communicating empathetically and creating a psychologically safe environment that encourages candidates to share about their progress and blockers on their career goals openly.
- Get and provide feedback or insights on the program to Glints team to improve the experience of vet candidates who are participating in the Vetted Talent Network.
- Contribute to the development of Indonesia by assessing great technical talents.

- Contributing to bridge Southeast Asia tech talents with International opportunity in order to help them be introduced to international working culture.
- Final year or fresh graduates from any major are welcome!
- Well-polished communication skills to convince prospects.
- Must be able to speak fluent English (we use it daily here!).
- Pitching skills (able to ‘relate’ to prospects).
- Experience working on outbound/pre-sales/hunter sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong self-motivation.
