Job description for Talent Acquisition at Đại Việt Group
- Handling full cycle of the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for all vacancies;
- Being the contact point who working closely with hiring managers to understand, analyze and consult recruitment request, hiring needs;
- Enriching the candidate pool/sourcing channels for all the industries that the company aiming to;
- Working with Talent Acquisition Team on Employer Branding activities/plan on target audience;
- Implement recruitment report (Daily, Monthly Report);
- Administrative support for HR and Talent Acquisition tasks;
- Other tasks as assigned from direct superior.
- Graduated from University majoring in Human Resource, Labor Economics, Business Administration or other major with a strong desire in HR, especially Talent Acquisition;
- No experience required;
- Good communication, problem solving and multitasking skills;
- Fluently in English;
- Great teamwork and customer service mindset.
- Competitive remuneration ($300-$400);
