Candidates with experience hiring for Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing positions are particularly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing positions is preferred
- Able to communicate confidently in English for work-related purposes
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes
- Currently not engaged in full-time employment
- Based near BSD, South Tangerang, or willing to work in the BSD area
- Willing to use personal work equipment, including a laptop
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate placement
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with candidates and hiring teams
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders regarding recruitment requirements and progress
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
