Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist at KGG
Responsibilities:
- Using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Assist with daily recruitment matters, Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications,
- Carry out screening, qualifying, shortlisting of potential candidates in accordance of employment requirements
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Conducting background verifications, reference checks in preparation of potential employment opportunities
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Assisting in onboarding exercise for new employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of Head Hunter industry recruiting experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
