Job description for Talent Acquisition Executive (Working in Tokyo, Japan) at SotaTek

Job Description:

Planning:

  • Verify recruitment needs/requests from clients
  • Make a recruitment plan

Executing:

  • Search and look for suitable candidates
  • Screen CVs and setup interviews
  • Inform feedback and result of the interview to candidates
  • Negotiate about working conditions and benefits
  • Make recruitment reports by statistics of candidate data, recruitment costs and other necessary information

Others:

  • Participate in assigned training activities
  • Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT positions (Tech or Sales). Experience in hunting companies is a plus
  • Good at Japanese
  • Bachelor of HR, economics, business administration or related fields
  • Have knowledge of IT services and the labor market
  • Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as in a good team
  • Excellent skills of persuasion, negotiation and communication
  • Positive & results-oriented mindset with logical thinking
  • Fast learner & change adapter.
