Job Description:
Planning:
- Verify recruitment needs/requests from clients
- Make a recruitment plan
Executing:
- Search and look for suitable candidates
- Screen CVs and setup interviews
- Inform feedback and result of the interview to candidates
- Negotiate about working conditions and benefits
- Make recruitment reports by statistics of candidate data, recruitment costs and other necessary information
Others:
- Participate in assigned training activities
- Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT positions (Tech or Sales). Experience in hunting companies is a plus
- Good at Japanese
- Bachelor of HR, economics, business administration or related fields
- Have knowledge of IT services and the labor market
- Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as in a good team
- Excellent skills of persuasion, negotiation and communication
- Positive & results-oriented mindset with logical thinking
- Fast learner & change adapter.
