Job description for Talent Acquisition Associate at Dinarsmu Group
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) and at least 1 year of working experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition associate in the Human Resources (HR) function
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, and can-do attitude with the ability to take ownership and initiative within a dynamic company with a lot of moving pieces
