Job description for Talent Acquisition Associate at Glints
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and driving quality hires in a timely manner
- Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process
- Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process
- Has min 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields
- Recruitment and sourcing expertise preferred, but not required
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Target-driven, but with a focus on quality
- Organised and able to handle multiple streams of work
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- A team player, but also a self-starter
- A persuasive and confident communicator
