JobDesc :
- Manage end to end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand the needs of hiring managers, and create a descriptive and engaging job ads
- Talent mapping and execute talent sourcing strategies. For most corporate recruitment you will likely be headhunting via linkedin or other channels.
- Interview, screening, assessment, offers, and headhunting
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Maintaining relationship with great candidates for future needs
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies
- Create engaging contents that are relevant to candidates in linkedin and other social media sites
- Find leads on potential communities/candidates
- Plan and execute projects focusing on attracting talent using a variety of channels
- Manage our Linkedin Careers Page, and maintain relevant contents
- Plan and carry out HR events
