Job description

To manage in-house application infrastructure and ensure they meet our business expectations in terms of uptime and performance
To work with IT Developers on understanding application behavior, project requirement gathering and attending to daily IT request tickets
To constantly evaluate and improve system processes and design by incorporating various types of automation
To manage and maintain system monitoring
To be attentive to system issues and constantly working to minimize possible alerts and downtime
To work with Network / Database team on infrastructure management, procurement and maintenance
To participate and assist the team in application deployment, infrastructure deployment
