Job description for System Analyst at Feedloop
Responsibilites:
- Understand client’s business process and system requirements
- Develop use cases, user journey, and system specifications
- Prepare functional and technical documents
- Assist project team with mockup/wireframe if needed
Requirements:
- Min. D3 or S1 from Information System (preferred) or other IT-related major
- Preferrably has experience in analyst or technical writer role, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to define a business process using diagrams or flowcharts
- Knowledge in software documentation (BRD, FSD, TSD)
- Analytical thinking and resourcefulness
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Familiar with SQL database and/or UI/UX wireframing tool is a plus
