Job description for Swimming Coach Pagoh (English Speaker) at The Swim Starter

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a swim coaching or teaching capacity. If NO Experience needed as we will provide training materials

• Clear background check to ensure suitability for working with children (NO Criminal records)

• Ability to work patiently with children of varying ages and skill levels, showing empathy and understanding towards their individual needs and learning pace.

• Effective communication skills to convey instructions and provide feedback to children and their parents/guardians.

• Good time management and punctual

• Fluent in English, Malaysia and Mandarin

• Portfolio of teaching swimming for kids would be a plus point

Location : Pagoh

Schedule : Saturday 7.30am to 6pm (Subject to Pool Operating Hours)

Sunday 7.30am to 6pm (Subject to Pool Operating Hours)

Benefits : Received training under the supervision of a certified coach from Singapore.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM50-70 per session

Experience: : Teaching Kids: 1 year (Preferred)
