Job description for Supplier Coordinator at Turnkey FBA

We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Supplier Coordinator who plays a crucial role in securing the right partners that drive the company’s growth. Your research, negotiation, and coordination directly impact overall operational success.
What You'll Do:
- Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in-demand products.
- Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
- Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.
Who We're Looking For:
- Open to fresh graduates
- Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
- Welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer support, e-commerce operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and Google Drive
- Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions
- Independent, proactive, and resilient team player with strong communication skills.

Working Schedule:
- Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday (on-site).
- Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday (One Saturday off / month).
- Probation Period: 2 months
