We’re on the look for a Student Recruitment and Admission Manager to join our fresh, fast-growing venture to help grow that mission in Asia.
How You Can Make Greater Impacts
Student Recruitment and Admission Manager will take a role in ensuring Glints Academy's values and products offering are properly communicated to aspiring learners while conducting the recruitment and enrollment process so that aspiring learners can make the informed decision on their careers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling the admission and enrollment of the students
- Building the strategy to increase the conversion rate from applicants to enrolled students per intake
- Contributing to generate leads through organic channels
Requirement
- 2-3 years of working experience in a related role
- Previous experience in sales is a must-have
- Experience in a college or any non-formal educational institution admission with student acquisition and recruitment as a target is preferable.
- Fluent in English
- Target and data-driven
- Good presentation skills and analytical skills
- Has experience in using CRM. Experience in building CRM from scratch is a plus point.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
