Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily store operations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales activities and customer engagement.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for store employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure store visual merchandising meets company standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management teams on promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven.
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or bespoke industry is a plus.
