Job Description :
- Memastikan performa gerai dan mencapai operational excellent dalam semua aspek.
- Mengkontrol dan Memonitor operasional harian gerai
- Menjaga budaya lingkungan kerja yang baik di setiap unit pekerjaan, seperti : kerjasama tim, disiplin, dan implementasi SOP
- Membuat strategi untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan omset gerai
- Menjalin kerjasama dengan merchant
Requirements :
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan D3 segala jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun pada posisi managerial/ supervisor (lebih diutamakan dari klinik skin care/ retail/ F&B/ Rumah Sakit)
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik, energik, serta memiliki orientasi pada hasil
