Job Description
- Document Processing: Create, review, and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/L), air waybills (AWB), and certificates of origin (COO).
- Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit export/import notification documents through the [INSW] (Indonesia National Single Window) or the customs system (CEISA) until a response is received, such as an NPE or SPPB.
- Logistics Coordination: Communicate with various vendors:
- Shipping Lines / Airlines: For booking cargo space and freight rates.
- Shipping Agents / EMKL: For trucking and container pick-up processes.
- Shipment Monitoring: Track vessel/aircraft movements (flight monitoring) and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Problem Handling: Resolve operational issues field at the port or airport, and handle the process if there is a green/yellow/red lane inspection from Customs.
