Job description for Staf PPIC at PT Inwa Bags Group
We are currently looking for a PPIC Staff to join our team at Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:
1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in relevant fields.
2. 2–3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or material management.
3. Good understanding of production processes, inventory systems, and supply chain management.
4. Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
7. Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
8. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
As a PPIC Staff, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Prepare and monitor production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
2. Calculate and plan material requirements to ensure sufficient stock for production.
3. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
4. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams regarding material availability.
5. Follow up on material delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics providers.
6. Control the flow of materials from warehouse to production lines.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production progress and inventory status.
8. Support continuous improvement in production planning, material control, and inventory efficiency.
