Job description for Special Project Manager at Avana Indonesia
- Overseeing and control internal mobility
- Evaluating business initiatives and design strategy, workflow and processes to support the initiativesDrive and follow up execution process amongst cross division
- Research, identify and develop new business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall strategy of the special project department.
- Negotiate with customers (potential and existing).
- Identify, develop and negotiate with potential vendors and business partners.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage all aspects of sales engagement and account management.
- Build and develop trusted relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Create and develop project costing, pricing and business proposals.
- Negotiate terms & conditions and contracts to successful closure.
- Coordinate and maintain a close working relationship with the internal operation team to ensure successful project deliverables.
- Consistently meet or exceed a special project target and achieve KPI.
- At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (e-commerce, logistics, business development, partnership and etc)
- Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Self driven, data driven manner, pro-active and enthusiastic
- Strong project management skills
- Good stakeholder management
- Possess entrepreneurial mindset
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Speak and write English and Bahasa fluently
