1. Role Brief
We are looking for a Digital Ads manager, with a strong focus on Social Media advertising. The candidate should be able to show us a good track record of ad campaigns setup and managed, and be passionate about driving success for clients using various forms of strategy and creatives.
Within a small digital agency, the ideal candidate would take charge and lead all aspects of our digital ad campaigns, including planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
2. Role tasks and responsibilities
A. Ad Campaign Management
- Strategic Planning & setup of campaigns (internally and with clients)
- Daily management & optimisation of ad campaigns
- Explain Ad metrics and work with client to reach campaign KPI’s
- Reporting on campaign metrics and KPI.
B. Ad Strategy
- Create and setup processes / SOP for managing ad campaigns
- Create and manage data dashboards to improve ad campaigns
- Research and improve current ad networks, channels, systems to offer clients.
C. Updates & reporting
- Track campaign KPI’s to reach client goals.
- Weekly update calls with internal team
- Monthly strategy calls and reports

Role Required experience
A. Campaign experience
- 2-4 years experience in running Digital ad campaigns
- Fluent in English
- Excellent at communicating advertising knowledge to clients.
- Able to work remotely
