Job description for Developer (Low Code Platform) at ST Engineering
The candidate should be able to maintain and support applications, enhancements, technical upgrade and new development of web based applications. The duties also include handling of small projects.
Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements stated by the client and perform detail analysis
- Proficient in building a full stack application including UI, Logic, Workflows, Connection to backend systems using low code platforms
- Create Test strategies in coordination with the QA Team
- Deliverables as per the release management process
- Practicing Agile/Scrum methodology to plan and deliver work projects
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Liaise with the product vendors for issues that requires product support
- Work closely with the Project manager, Business users and IT team to help create/code/configure enhancements as requested by the business
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
Job must have requirement for Developer (Low Code Platform) at ST Engineering
Required Technical Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of total work experience covering .NET and Outsystems platforms
- Proficient in at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET) and experience in developing a .NET based web application
- Proficient in developing web application, mobile application, Progressive Web Apps leveraging OutSystems (e.g. OutSystems, Mendix etc.)
- Proficient in building a full stack application including UI, Logic, Workflows, Connection to backend systems using low code platforms
- Proficient in integrating the low code apps to standard backend systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, SharePoint, Restful APIs, File Servers etc.
- Proficient in building employee engagement apps as well as enterprise applications using low code platforms
- Proficient in building native mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms leveraging low code platforms
- Proficient in maintaining and monitoring the low code platform
- Hands-on experience in using MS SQL Database
- Hands-on experience in configuring Web Servers and Application Servers.
- Hands-on experience in practicing CI/CD for build and release automation
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure to host and run the applications
- Knowledge of cloud application development
Desired Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps
- Knowledge of micro-services patterns and architecture
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns
