Job description We are partnered with an ambitious fintech super app that changes how 150M Americans use $1T (yes, trillion:) of credit card debt 🚀. They turn debt into savings by (1) refinancing expensive credit card debt and (2) building investments from interest and fees. We are looking for a driven and self-starting person to manage our user understanding and happiness. 🚴‍♂️ Mission They are on a mission to make credit cheaper for those who need it most and help people leverage credit to become better off financially. What you will do: Manage a day-to-day queue of open customer cases ensuring timely follow-up and execution with a high degree of quality within stated SLAs Respond to and resolve complaints and negative reviews Use a conversation-based approach to uncover customer needs using open-ended questions – after all, scripts are for robots Maintain knowledge of the customer’s journey to ensure the “ownership” journey is successful from onboarding to a sustained level of satisfaction Provide support and guidelines along customers' journeys, ensure customer satisfaction Be the voice of the customer in our product planning and development process Take an active role in educating customers about our products and services Own your personal development to achieve job proficiency, meet performance goals, and independently keep your own technical know-how up to date You'll get: Highly in-demand experience in FinTech startup Steep learning curve across a wide range of hard and soft skills and responsibilities Contribute to building products with a big social mission and world-class customer experiences Work closely with the founding team in an open, fast-moving, and fun environment with flexible hours competitive salary and equity
