Job description for Software Project Manager at Pt Autentika Digital Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Create and maintain comprehensive Project management documentation (Requirements, Project Management Plan, Risk management, Change request, MoM, Progress tracking,... )
- Coordinate with the product development team and third parties on pending task for flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects/new features are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Report and escalate to management as and when needed
Requirements:
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering
● Proven working experience as a project manager minimum 3 years’ experience in information technology sector.
● Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development using AGILE methodologies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Solid organisation skills including attention to details and multi-tasking
● Strong knowledge of Project Management tools
● Proficient in English, spoken and written
