Job description
Responsibilities:
- Create education-based software programs
- Maintain the software programs
- Conduct code end-user training upon completion
- Respond immediately to tech request from staff
- Report issues and concerns immediately
- Cooperate with other departments
Requirements:
- Has a good command of the English language
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Programming, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Proficient in necessary programming language (Java, C#, C++, etc.)
- Experience with handling computer software
- Ability to multitask and to troubleshoot problems quickly
- Ready to be placed in the Greater Jakarta Area.
