Job description for Social Media Specialist at PT Semesta Energi Services
- Build and maintain the social media channels. (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc)
- Generate, plan, publish and share engaging daily content and copywriting for social media especially Instagram in a bi-weekly basis
- Develop social media campaign strategies, content plan and publishing content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, planning to execution (Including schedule and post)
- Actively involved in the content production process for brand awareness
- Help create the content for our branding and promotional materials, such as create advertising content to attract potential clients.
- Developing clear and engaging content that is consistent with the company’s brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with company value.
- Regularly respond to customer’s inquiry in different interaction platform.
- Boost social media followers and create meaningful engagement across all brands’ assets
- Use your understanding of SEO, keyword research, information architecture, and usability best practices to deliver targeted content.
- Identify key trends and brand competitors on deciding which content to make and post.
- Keep up-to-date with trends on Youtube and other social media platform, as well as analysing current trends.
- Actively engage and maintain relationship with KOLs
- Analyse effectiveness of company social media activities. (KPI, ROI, Engagement, etc)
- Make social media reports on weekly and monthly basis as well as give insights and improvement needed.
