Job description for Social Media Specialist at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
· Create a posting schedule, handle SMM and Social Media Buying
· Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
· Define and achieve social media KPIs with other Digital Marketing efforts
· Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
· Measure the success of every social media campaign
· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
· Work with content writer and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
· Collaborate with other departments to maximize results
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with proven achievements
· Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and other social media best practices
· Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
· Experience with audience and buyer persona research
· Experience with engaging influencers and proven achievements
· Good understanding of social media KPIs
· Excellent multitasking skills
· Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, time-management skills
· Great team player, interpersonal and communication skills

Our short story
Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
