Social Media Specialist (Malaysia and Philippines Market)
Job Deskripsi
- Develop and execute daily content and impactful social media campaigns across platforms
- Plan and manage weekly & monthly content calendars with a strategic approach
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to launch
- Analyze content performance (weekly/monthly) and optimize strategies based on insights
- Collaborate closely with design, campaign, and KOL teams to deliver engaging and relevant content
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist with a strong portfolio (beauty industry experience is a plus)
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the Malaysian and Philippine markets
- Creative mindset with strong content sense and engaging copywriting skills
- Able to analyze insights & metrics to improve content performance
- Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience handling brand social media campaigns is a plus
- Proficient in spoken and written English
