PT Pakkodian is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing professional to join our dynamic team in Tebet, Jakarta Raya. In this contract role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions for our growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain our company's presence across key social media platforms mainly in Instagram and Tiktok
- Create engaging, visually-appealing content that resonates with our target audience
- Develop and implement targeted social media campaigns to support our marketing and branding objectives
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Proficiency in using social media management tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on social media insights
- Familiarity with digital advertising and paid social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
