Job description for Social Media Specialist at Pt Solubis Sukses Gemilang
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Managing daily social media posts
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
- Preparing weekly & monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Suggesting recommendations to gain all social media marketing performance
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
- Performing other duties when needed
- Maximum 28 years
- Minimum S1 marketing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred
- Experience in social media planning, including content creation, across multiple channels
- Experience in e-commerce or Agency environment is a plus
- Demonstrated history of holistic campaign leadership, including creating, executing, and reporting on social campaigns – from start to finish
- Creative, entrepreneurial mentality; Curious about what may be possible and actively learning and optimizing
- Understanding of KPIs and dexterity with social media analytics
- Excellent reporting skills, positive and growth attitude and behaviors
- Preferred who has skill in social media tools such as BuzzSumo, Google Trends, Buffer, and other related software
