Role Description,
The Marketing / Content Specialist will be a driving factor behind building PT Neobiz Global Technology's brand identity and magnifying our digital presence. In this creative and data-aware role, you will be responsible for orchestrating marketing campaigns, creating high-impact copy, and designing multi-channel content that captivates markets and supports client-facing objectives.
What You'll Do :
Conceptualize, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels (Social Media, Website, Email).
Produce highly engaging written copy and basic visual content for internal corporate branding and client-specific marketing needs.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and engagement data to continuously optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Maintain and safeguard a consistent corporate brand voice across all touchpoints and digital platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Copywriting.
Proficient with modern content design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and familiarity with platform analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Strong creative flair combined with a data-driven approach to measuring audience engagement.
