Job description for Social Media and KOL Specialist at Rahsa Nusantara
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, management, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in beauty industry
- Excellent knowledge in social media management, platforms (esp. TikTok and Instagram), metrics (ie Engagement, Impressions, Leads, etc), boost (FB Ads), and analysis.
- Up to date with current social media trends and know the business objective for each social media platform
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, extroverted personality is preferable.
- Have a growth mindset with the ability to learn about the framework of beauty brands in Rahsa Nusantara (Sukhaloka).
- Develop, manage, implement engaging social media content plans for the company's social media platform (Instagram and TikTok).
- Define and create social media strategy through competitive analysis to achieve social media goals including brand awareness, marketing effort and increase sales (leads to lower funnel).
- Using analytical tools to capture and analyze the appropriate social media metrics, insights and best practices i.e. website taps, social media clicks, FB Ads.
- Collaborate and manage brand and KOL/influencer programs to support social media strategy.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing (including brand and KOL/Influencer program) efforts.
