We are a diversified holding company with businesses across multiple industries. Currently, we are expanding our digital financial services through our Fintech business in Timor-Leste. Our flagship product is an e-wallet platform that enables users to top up balances through authorized agents and conveniently perform various digital transactions, including mobile airtime purchases, electricity bill payments, and other financial services. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and engage our growing customer community.
Job Summary
The Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across all social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. The role will support marketing campaigns, educate users about digital financial services, and contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all digital and social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness, educate users, and support customer acquisition and retention objectives.
Develop and maintain a structured content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and overall business priorities while ensuring consistent brand communication.
Manage daily social media operations, including content publishing, community engagement, customer interactions, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external creative partners.
Monitor social media performance, analyze audience behavior and content effectiveness, prepare regular reports, and recommend continuous improvements based on data and market trends.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform developments, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to continuously enhance the company's online presence and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Journalism, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Marketing.
Experience in Fintech, E-Commerce, Banking, Telecommunications, or Digital Products is preferred.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, or similar design/editing tools.
Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and Google Analytics.
Able to interpret social media insights and campaign performance.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
