Job description for Shopee Operations Specialist / Manager at PT Seenda Tech
Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the overall operation and growth of Shopee stores, including sales planning, product operation, campaign management, traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, advertising, and profit management.
2.Develop monthly and quarterly Shopee operation plans based on platform campaign calendars, including Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales, Flash Sales, vouchers, bundle deals, livestream, affiliate, and other promotion tools.
3.Own key business metrics, including GMV, orders, conversion rate, average order value, advertising ROI, gross margin, inventory turnover, store rating, and customer experience.
4.Manage and optimize Shopee Ads, including keyword ads, product ads, shop ads, GMV Max, and other advertising tools to improve ROAS and sales efficiency.
5.Build product operation strategies, including hero product development, new product launch, pricing strategy, promotion planning, listing optimization, keyword optimization, and stock planning.
6.Monitor competitors and market trends regularly, and provide insights on pricing, promotion, product positioning, traffic strategy, and category opportunities.
7.Work closely with design, content, customer service, warehouse, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to improve store performance and operational efficiency.
8.Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly store data, including traffic, CTR, CVR, add-to-cart rate, ad performance, SKU performance, campaign performance, and profitability.
9.Continuously improve store health indicators, including chat response rate, store rating, fulfillment performance, return/refund rate, and negative review rate.
10.Build and improve Shopee operation SOPs, reporting systems, and campaign review mechanisms.
Job Requirements
1.At least 3 years of e-commerce platform operation experience, especially in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or other major e-commerce platforms.
2.Must have experience in one or more of the following companies or business types:
1.Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms
2.Large consumer electronics or digital brands
3.Well-known brands such as Anker, Baseus, Ugreen, Logitech, Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, Vivo, Samsung, or similar brands
4.Large e-commerce enablers, agencies, distributors, or official brand stores
5.Shopee Mall / Official Store / Brand Store operation team
3.Proven experience in managing Shopee store performance and achieving sales targets.
4.Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, Shopee Ads, campaign registration, voucher tools, bundle deals, flash sales, shop decoration, listing optimization, search ranking, and store health management.
5.Strong understanding of Shopee traffic mechanisms, campaign rhythm, product ranking, promotion tools, and customer behavior.
6.Strong data analysis skills. Able to analyze GMV, traffic, CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, ACOS, SKU contribution, campaign performance, and gross margin.
7.Experience in building hero products, launching new products, improving conversion rate, and managing advertising budget.
8.Result-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under sales target pressure.
9.Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work with cross-functional teams including design, content, customer service, warehouse, supply chain, and finance.
10.Experience in consumer electronics, computer accessories, office products, ergonomic products, keyboard, mouse, or 3C category is highly preferred.
11.Good English communication ability is preferred. Mandarin ability is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Experience working at Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other major e-commerce platforms.
2.Experience operating Shopee Mall, Official Store, or flagship brand stores.
3.Experience in consumer electronics, 3C accessories, keyboard, mouse, office accessories, or ergonomic products.
4.Successful experience in Mega Campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, and 12.12.
5.Experience managing Shopee Ads with clear ROAS or ROI results.
6.Experience managing multiple stores, multiple brands, or multiple countries.
7.Experience leading junior operators or operation assistants.
