Job description
You report to the Outlet Manager. Your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: -
- Take care of Company’s interest with regards to customer service and restaurant’s operations
a. Maintain White Restaurant’s customer service culture
b. Adhere to SOP standards on operations
c. Ensure every customer leaves the restaurant with a smile
- Your role may include working as a server/ cashier/ host/ beverage preparer
a. Hosting
b. Table setup in preparation for customers
c. Take order (recommend / offer advices on food item)
d. Prepare beverage
e. Serve food
f. Clearing of tables after customers have finished dining
g. Cashiering
- Adhere to all hygiene procedures / regulations. Uphold the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Adhere to all safety procedures / regulations
- Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion
- Be clean and well-groomed
- To perform other duties as assigned
