The Plano team has an opening for an SEO specialist to manage all search engine optimization activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content optimisation, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also assist in the management of SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.

· Develop and optimize strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
· Ensure SEO hygiene is well-maintained and healthy (meta, alt tags, indexing, internal linking, etc.)
· Manage ASO and ensure good visibility of the planoApp on the Playstore and App store.
· Good grasp of the English language and experience in content writing
· Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
· Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
· Develop and execute link building strategy
· Work with the content and development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on new content
· Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
· Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma with at least 3 years of technical and hands on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
· Proven SEM experience managing Google Ads campaigns
· Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
· In-depth experience with website analytics tools
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
· Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
· Hands on experience with growing content portals is a plus
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
