Job description for Senior Customer Success at Glints
- Be the main point of contact for our existing Hubbers (talents hired by our clients) and build a strong relationship and trust among the Hubbers.
- Be a good listener and be proactively in interacting with our existing Hubbers.
- Manage the team to conduct orientation, onboarding, ad-hoc support, engagement call, pulse-check survey and offboarding with Hubbers.
- Lead the team to drive the annual performance review between clients and Hubbers.
- Review and analyze the talents under management from Talent Success Associates by collaborating with the Customer Success team, escalating to Talent Success Manager if there is a need.
- Monitor and align with the Customer Success team in addressing concerns from clients.
- Hire, manage, coach and train Talent Success Associates.
- Define success and set targets for Talent Success Associates.
- In charge of some administrative tasks.
- You will have the chance to interact with both Hubbers and clients from international companies;

- Someone who is customer-oriented mindset and proven to have a good customer service
- Someone who is a problem-solver, able to support direct reports to address high-stake issues with hubbers
- Someone who has qualitative & quantitative customer service decision-making to guide the team
- Someone who is comfortable to work collaboratively in a cross-functional arrangement
- Someone who can communicate well in English, verbally and non-verbally, and is a good listener.
