Job description for SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE at Ecotruck
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Searching & screen resumes
- Setting up interview between candidates and hiring managers
- Writing job ads and deciding how and job positions are advertised
- Making annual recruitment plan
- Preparing all relevant HR letters: offer letters, thanks you letters...
- Collecting all documents from new employees
- Following up probation review and support to prepare labor contracts
- Preparing onboarding kits and welcome new employees’ upon their arrival
- Supporting all company program when needed
- Building talent pools for future hiring needs
- Advising management on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation
- Collect, analyze and advise a market rate salary for each new hire.
- At least 2-3 year experiences in recruitment; having experience in logistics and technology industry is an advantage
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or related fields
- Proven experience in Employer Branding
- Basic data analysis
- Understanding of relevant HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in team and independently.
- Prefer to have knowledge about logistics
- Good at communication and negotiation
- Analytical & Critical thinking skill
