Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or equivalent from reputable university
- 4+ year experience Talent Acqusition and or Employer Branding, preferably having experience in Startup or Recruiting Agency
- English proficiency is a MUST
- People enthusiast & strong in branding
- LinkedIn savvy – well known how to set up and run employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn
- Think creatively and able to generate branding ideas that align with Power Commerce Asia's visions
- Strong candidates sourcing skills
- Understanding of recruiting methods and techniques
- Able to work in a fast-paced result-driven start-up environment
- Proficient the source potential candidates on various platforms
- Proactive, able to work in team and be independent
