Job Description
- End-to-End Social Media Management
- Managing social media end-to-end, including content strategy development, execution (content creation & production), and performance reporting. Ensure all content aligns with brand objectives, audience behavior, and platform trends.
- Multi-Brand Content Governance & Consistency
- Handle multiple brand accounts and ensure all content remains aligned with each brand's identity, tone of voice, visual guidelines, and overall positioning while maintaining content quality and consistency across platforms.
- Daily Execution & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day execution and coordinate with internal and external teams to support all social media needs, including content production, approvals, and publishing. Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time and maintain smooth communication across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or related field. Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry is preferred.
- Up-to-date with the latest beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle trends across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Camera-ready and confident in appearing as on-screen talent for social media content, including Reels, TikTok, and live sessions.
- Strong copywriting skills (engaging captions, hooks, and short-form storytelling)
- Digitally savvy with awareness of platform algorithms, trends, and performance metrics
- Skilled in phone-based photography, videography, and video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment, both collaboratively within a team and independently.
