- Undertake all sourcing activities, filling & administrative tasks.
- Work closely with supplier for enquiries, price negotiation, contracts & credit terms.
- Liaise with supplier, if any discrepancies that may arise against pricing, quality & etc.
- Source for new alternative supplies for price effieiciency, cost saving & better quality.
- Responsible for any ad-hoc task/project.
- To involve in cost management & costing calculation.
- To send & follow-up on enquiries in order to meet procurement deadline.
- Undertake all pricing updates in Microsoft Excel & ERP system
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Proficient Microsft Excel Application
- Preferred Mandarin/Cantonese speaking candidates due to business nature
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with more experience can be considered for a senior role.
