We are looking for an agile, enthusiastic Senior Partners Acquisition who is full of ideas and corporate contacts to help us ensure commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
What will you do?
- Identify and source new potential partners through inbound and outbound marketing, LinkedIn, emails
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Solve problems for clients based on clients’ needs and pain points by suggesting best practices and conducting presentations
- Responsible for partnership process from initiate contact, presentation, proposal through contract negotiations to execution
- Create report of performance along with future recommendations/action items
Who you are
- You are a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication/Business Administration and Management/Economy, or similar related field
- You are in your 20s with min. 2 years of experience in Marketing/Partnership/Business Development in B2B
- You have strong understanding in product knowledge (unique value proposition, user persona, etc). Knowledge in talent recruitment product will be a plus.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, non-verbal, written)
- You have basic skill in Excel and PowerPoint
- You are a great team player and have high initiative to learn
