Job description for Senior Interior Designer at Cata Interiors
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Qualifications:
- 3 years and more experience Interior Design/ Architecture and Build projects (junior interior designer/ architect are welcome)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related Major from reputable university
- Have a strong sense in Interior Design
- Required Skill(s): Autocad, Sketch-Up, MS Office, 3D Artistic Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience required in sourcing & documenting FF & E design and/or selection & documentation if interior/ architecture finishes
- Must be productive, flexible, and team-oriented
- Have an understanding of construction, structure, material, millwork, lighting, and methods
- Must meet deadline and ensure accuracy of all work produced
- Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays when needed.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Produce concept design, space planning, and presentation
- Allocate and produce tender documentation and detailed drawings
- Prepare Cost Estimate for Bidding/Tender purposes
- Presentation of the design concept to the client
- Able to handle projects independently from inception to completion
- Conduct client meetings and report of design progress
- Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Ensure every Technical and Commercial Proposal submitted within deadline and meet client’s specifications.
- Monitoring project progress based on schedule.
