This role is essential in ensuring that our human resources strategies align with our organizational goals and contribute to a motivated and high-performing workforce.
The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative support. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and providing guidance on workplace performance and development. The ideal candidate will also play a vital role in supporting leadership in strategic HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
This position is available for a hybrid work arrangement, offering flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field. Proficiency in People Development, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Human Resource Development (HRD), and Administration is required.
