ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our website and related web product experiences. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Functional:
- Develop, design, and maintain responsive and dynamic websites, web applications, and landingpages.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement functional and user-friendly features.
- Ensure a high-quality user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), applying a strong design sense.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams on content and features.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver rapid iterations in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in pair programming to maintain code quality.
- Participate in the design and architecture of games and web applications.
- Apply software design patterns and architectural best practices.
- Organize clear development workflows, utilizing management tools such as Jira, Git, and Confluenceto ensure smooth transitions between project stages.
2. Organizational strategy:
- Abide by and uphold all Company core values, policies and procedures. Help make sure that the Organization’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.
- Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Organization.
- Actively handle production incidents, trace logs, identify root causes, and deploy quick solutions.
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.
3. Technical requirements:
- Backend: C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core.
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern CSS (Tailwind or similar).
- Database: SQL Server or PostgreSQL, Mongo, ElasticSearch, Redis knowledge.
- DevOps familiarity: Docker, CI/CD concepts, Git workflows.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, orrelated major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development and design patterns with solid experience in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building and designing websites end-to-end.
- Hands-on skills in caching, optimizing and securing front-end applications.
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent).
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly.
