Job description for Senior Finance Accounting & Tax at PT Hana Fashion
Key Requirements:
- Minimum education S1 majoring in accounting/taxation
- Able to operate microsoft office, accurate accounting software
- Mastering accounting journals & able to make financial reports
- Mastering tax regulations
- Experienced in the field at least 5 years
- Diligent, thorough, and able to work according to deadlines - able to work independently and team
Job Description:
- Responsible for handling monthly and annual taxes using e-spt -all taxes, e-billing, e-invoice, e-filling
- Calculate and report all corporate tax payments
- Ensure that all corporate tax expenditures are Properly calculated and documented for further reporting to management
- Process and record corporate debt transactions and ensure that all invoices and reimbursements from employees
- Corresponding via email and telephone regarding late payment, resolving disputes, questions, and other issues
- Ensure all finance and accounting documents ready before deadline; Financial report, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Raw Material report, WIP report, Finish good report, General ledger, and others related to finance accounting
