Job description for Senior Content Writer (APAC) at AYP Group Pte Ltd
- Research, brainstorm, strategize, write, edit, proof-read and publish content across social media and digital platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, email, website, video.
- Develop guides, e-books, whitepapers for a global audience
- Work with Brand Marketing team to design the content
- Work with Digital Marketing team to support the content for digital marketing campaigns
- Work with cross-functional teams from subject matter experts to leadership team to develop content designed to demonstrate AYP’s thought-leadership on HR technology.
- Ensure the content reflects AYP’s brand personality and able to reach maximum exposure
- Manage day-to-day content monitoring, optimisation, uploading to a variety of content management systems based on given timelines and deadlines
- Keep up with market trends – influencer marketing and media placements for digital marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Communications, Marketing, or related.
- Min 3+ years’ experience in Content Writing for global audience.
- Experience in B2B software / SaaS content writing, as well as editing experience for Whitepapers, Guides, Social Media (LinkedIN, Facebook, Twitter, etc), and etc.
- SEO knowledge & understanding
- Editorial mindset and experience, not only for content development, but also publication and design strategies.
- Project management experience in developing guides, e-books, whitepapers
- Experience in developing end-to-end compelling stories
- Able to convey technical content to accommodate a wide range of audience, present creative ideas and strategies
- Outstanding fluency in English writing & copy-writing skills
- Proven experience writing for LinkedIn and Facebook content
- Resourceful, independent, able to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Able to navigate ambiguity, receive feedback positively, and able to communicate comfortably through cross-functional teams/ departments – from subject matter experts in sales, product, technology, marketing and with senior leaders, as well as external resources (if any)
- Experience in HR tech and SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with SaaS hiring, onboarding, payroll platforms
- Experience working with design teams and basic familiarity with layout design tools a plus
