Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business Development to work in the Jakarta
Office (Hybrid setup).
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
• Identify partnership opportunities in digital advertising
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the
company expand to agencies and direct brands
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Responsible for sales pipeline Management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years' prior industry-
related business development experience
• 3+ years working in Digital Agencies or Digital Media (It's a must)
• 3+ years of strong experience in sales & digital advertising business is a
must
• Strong connection with Media buying Agencies and Direct brand
• Familiar with specific sales and marketing tools / CRM (Pipedrive / Agile
CRM / Sales Force)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Preferably someone has strong knowledge in Media Buying product
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
