Job description for Senior Business Development (IMC Agency) at Chin Media
- Approach clients take brief and consultant strategies to obtain objectives and KPIs.
- Debrief and participate brainstorm ideas, concepts, media strategy and develop proposals with the internal Team.
- Develop rapport with key decision makers.
- Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Understand client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
- Maintain and grow sales relationships with new and existing partners.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities
- Build your own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly and monthly sales plans.
- 2-3 years successful sales experience in professional B2B environments, preferred experience in the digital marketing agency field.
- Having knowledge of website development, SEO, and e-commerce is a plus
- Strong problem solving and research skills
- Strong relationship and networking skills
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Strong commitment for business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
