Job description for Senior Business Development Executive at Halocom
- Develop, coordinate and implement effective sales and business strategies/plans designed to capture new prospects and clients, plus maintain and increase further business opportunities from current clientele;
- Develop and conduct sales presentations, participate and lead meetings, networking with prospects and clients;
- Manage business negotiations, closely monitor and oversee the entire process of service delivery between our company and current clients, fostering client relationships and facilitating internal efforts;
- Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target client segments, and the company’s potential to meet clients’ needs;
- Other tasks according to assignment from your direct BOD.

- Performance review every 3 months;

- At least 2 years of experience in Digital Advertising.
- Strong digital advertising knowledge;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, negotiation and management skills;
- Strong client service and business-oriented mindset, always put client and business at first;
- Result-driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team;
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, pitching.
