- Lead generation: cold calling and door opening. Exploring new business opportunities by approaching potential clients, including client-side and ad agencies.
- Selling online & traditional advertising spaces across all of Hypebeast’s media properties to achieve annual business targets.
- Managing advertising campaigns from beginning to end, preparing innovative proposals for clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of demand opportunities and offer 360° bespoke creative and advertising solutions to relevant clients in the market.
- Identify opportunities and potential partnerships to accelerate growth of our platform and business in Indonesia.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to HQ in order to create product line up which would maximize business opportunities in the region.
- Be on top of relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with other departments and business units within HYPEBEAST, including client services, marketing, editorial, product development, finance.
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
- A problem solver who understands the intricacies of today’s media/advertising and the market gaps, able to craft a meaningful pitch and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising sector with a strong contact base among agencies and network of direct clients.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
- Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate analytics into insights and recommendations.
- Familiar with fashion or youth culture.
