Job description for Senior Backend Engineer at PT Alto Network
- 4 – 7 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Backend Development
- experience as platform engineer would be a plus
- Solid Java experience (Spring Boot) for existing and new backend services
- Strong proficiency in Golang
- Familiarity with the container ecosystem: Docker, Helm, Kustomize
- Experience building or maintaining an Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
- Experience designing and shipping SDKs (internal tooling SDKs or public-facing client libraries) in Golang and/or Java
- Hands-on experience with observability tooling: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
- Knowledge of distributed systems: message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching (Redis)
- Strong understanding of REST API design, gRPC, and microservices architecture patterns

- Programming Language : Java (Spring Boot), Golang & Bash Scripting
